We’re back at work this week after a festive Fourth that saw us kick-start the three-day holiday with a company barbecue last Friday afternoon.
The one thing we do a lot of out here in Southern California is light up the coals and eat outdoors. So even though we hosted a barbecue for our 140 plus employees on Friday, you can bet money most of those employees turned right around and did the same thing again at another such backyard event on the Fourth of July.
For Friday’s shindig, we cooked up cheeseburgers, hot dogs and veggie burgers with all the trimming, thanks to the professional staff over at Above All Catering.
