Here at Performance Machine, we’re big fans of keeping our authorized dealers’ sales staff up to speed on the latest product knowledge, installation techniques, troubleshooting and more. No matter how much know-how or on-the-job experience you possess, there’s always room for continuing education – and it’s you, our customers, who benefit from this knowledge.

That’s what prompted us to partner with Powersports University and offer three online courses for motorcycle industry professionals and authorized Performance Machine dealers. Powersports University’s official home online – PowersportsU.com – is geared for motorcycle industry sales representatives and dealership employees who want to become more knowledgeable in the key product areas associated with aftermarket sales. And when it comes to motorcycle parts and accessories, that knowledge encompasses suspensions, exhausts, wheels, controls, seats, custom accessories, and more. Training courses already up and running include several offerings from Performance Machine.

While we pride ourselves with offering quality products that practically sell themselves, authorized PM dealers must know the product inside and out. In fact, that’s part of the process here at PM. Motorcycle dealers and shops that inquire about selling and servicing our parts and accessories must have more than just basic working knowledge of motorcycles and what makes them tick. We want the people who represent our products to be up to speed on our brand, product line and capabilities.
