The Progressive International Motorcycle Show Makes Its Next Stop In Our Own Backyard!

Doc2This Friday the Progressive International Motorcycle Show opens its doors in sunny So Cal, at the Long Beach Convention Center, making it the 3rd stop of the 11 nationwide city tour.

Performance Machine will be setup in the Marketplace ready to greet visitors with their new interactive kiosk. The Marketplace is an area where guests can find a collection of the best parts and accessories from around the world, as well as receive valuable information about the benefits of adding quality aftermarket accessories to any motorcycle. The Progressive International Motorcycle Show brings out all the stops when it comes to the world of motorcycles, here’s just a glimpse of what to except at the Long Beach Convention Center:

Progressive Garage: Returning for another year, the Progressive Motorcycle Garage has set up featuring a motorcycle slot car racing track, live tank painting demonstrations, t-shirt screen printing, awesome custom bikes, and Progressive Motorcycle Insurance agents on hand to answer questions for you.

No Limit Stunt Show: Jason Britton, world’s most well known sportbike freestyle athlete and founder of No Limit Motorsports, and teammate Eric Hoenshell, will be ripping it up, and signing autographs on the Kawasaki show floor.

Finding Cannon Ball’s Trail: Hear the story of Cannon Ball Baker’s 1914 ride from San Diego to New York City in eleven and a half days, and 1972 Daytona 200 winner Don Emde’s three-year project to retrace and ride his route.

You’ll even have the opportunity to meet the artists, get their autographs, take pictures, and then voice your opinion to help decide the winner!

Progressive Stage: For over a decade, School of Rock has been teaching guitar, bass, drums, vocals, and keys through an innovative performance-based method. We’re bringing these talented young artists to the Progressive International Motorcycle Show in all 11 cities to provide rockin’ live entertainment on the large stage.

The Podium: Raise your “MQ” (Motorcycling IQ) at the all-new Progressive Stage, where more than two dozen FREE seminars will be held throughout the weekend. We cover Q&A’s with celebrity riders and riding tips for all sorts of riding styles.

Vintage Clubs: The International Motorcycle Show has partnered up with local vintage clubs in your area to put on a beautiful display of classic motorcycles. In addition to having all the latest and greatest offerings from leading manufacturers, you’ll also be able to check out some timeless classics from other eras.

The Marketplace: The Aftermarket – what’s the best part about purchasing a new bike? Continuing the moto-shopping spree by buying all of the little extras you need to stay safe, customize and personalize your ride! In the Marketplace, you’ll find a collection of many of the top parts and accessories in the world from all your favorite aftermarket manufacturers. You’ll test out products that fit every budget and lifestyle, guided by specialists who are there to help explain the ins-and-outs of how these additions to your riding arsenal will enhance your riding experience.

Free Gear Check: In conjunction with easy access motorcycle parking, Free Gear Check is an amenity we know you appreciate. Our courteous staff members will move you quickly through the gear check process so you can get into the show and see all the new bikes, accessories, and entertainment, without having to carry around your helmet. It’s just one way we try to say thank you for your commitment to being a rider.

Demo Rides: Licensed motorcyclists who bring their own riding gear (including a helmet) can test ride the hottest new bikes from various OEMs on Saturday and Sunday in San Mateo, Phoenix & Long Beach during daylight hours. These rides offer attendees the opportunity to hop on the latest models and take one out for a ride.

The EagleRider Travel and Tour Pavilion: The World on Two Wheels; is a brand new innovative feature dedicated to the touring, adventure and destination riders. From gear and products to DIY’s and seminars the pavilion is designed to educate attendees on what they need, where to go and how to get there.
